The objective of Bonny Way Motors Nigeria Limited is to provide integrated package of quality, value-adding services to teaming population thereby helping to:

Bony way motors limited was incorporated on 4th June 1998. It commenced business in 1998 with the aim of introducing into the Nigeria industry a set values and quality service that can compare favorably with the highest standard any way in the world. Full transport operation commenced in 1998 at its Head office located at no 92 Bale Street Orile Iganmu.

Bonny Way Motors commenced the road transport with two municipal buses bought from Lagos state municipal buses bought from Abuja and young shall grow motors to assist the two municipal buses.
In 1996, three (3) buses were added to the fleet to improve the business. Furthermore, in 1998 a fleet of seven 0364 luxury bus later emerged and provided the foundation for what is today one of the foremost road passenger transport companies in Nigeria.

The fortune of this young company was further boosted in 2002 and 2004 when two bus car were also added to the fleet. These two new bus car buses operated between Lagos and northern part of the country while the rest operate between Lagos and eastern part of the country. As a young transport company, plans are on the way on yearly basis to acquire more and more buses.

We have placed substantial premium on gathering together top rated professional and well groomed support staff. All staff members are regularly trained in the course of work so as to continuously update their skills and improve on performance. Moreover, employees are adequately motivated and have equally imbibed the company’s vision of exceptional quality service.

Presently, the company employed over one hundred thousand Nigerians throughout the length and breadth of the country. Our routes are Lagos – Abuja, Lagos – kano, and eastern routes. Plans are on the way to cover all the states in Nigeria. We shall continue to remain grateful to the federal government of Nigeria who makes all our routes motorable.

Bonny way Motors Nigeria Limited plans to be more aggressive on radio/television advertising, newspaper and magazines to educate our numerous customers on our plans for sales promotion and the need to travel with bonny way motors. Buses plans are on the way to launch the biggest promotion ever in the history of luxurious bus business in black Africa. The bonny gift splash bonanza. The concept is simple. Reserve your ticket each time you travel by bonny way bus and present it at the end of the year. The holder of the highest number of tickets smiles homes with first prize, the next person the second prize and the last person the third prize.

Available for Hire and Lease
In order to meet the needs of our ever growing customers, we have stand-by buses for charter or lease. We also provide competent and experienced drivers to convey you safely when you hire any of our buses and on demand, we do same for vehicles on lease.

Insurance Scheme
Mindful of the place of insurance in every successful business, plans are in progress to incorporate into our transport system an insurance cover and protection to our customers taking into consideration the outstanding role they have played in making this organization a success. This gesture is geared towards ensuring that provision is made in case of the unexpected.

The board of directors
Bonny Way Motors Limited has a board of directors composed of educated talented and industrious men and women of integrity and competence. They are:

Mr. Boniface Nwachukwu (Managing Director/CEO). He is a professional driver of a difference. A man of versatility. He stands out of the crowd of his professional colleagues. He was the first driver of C.N. Okoli Investment Co. Nigeria Limited. He worked for about 25 years and was the chief driver of the company. He incorporated bonny way motors in 1998 and resigned fully from C.N. Okoli to his company.

Mrs. K. Nwachukwu (Director). She is a professional business woman with talented business acumen. She is a woman of virtue. Nkeluka Nwachukwu holds a bachelor (B.Sc) (Hons) degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos. A seasoned manager and an astute lady of many years of experience. A lady of versatility. She stands out of the crowd of her professional colleagues.

The management administrative and technical department
The success so far made by the company is not only attributable to the members of the board of directors but also management, administrative and technical members of staff. Few of them are highlighted thus:

Ukwu Ukpai U. is the financial management consultant of Bonny Way Motors Nigeria limited. Holds a bachelor (B.Sc) (Hons) degree in accountancy from Imo state university, 1989. He has other ICAN professional examination one (PEI), 1991. He has over other professional qualifications. Mr. U.U Ukpai has wealth of experience in both milling industry and consultancy business. He was the chief accountant of PALMCO OILS Nigeria Limited 1993-1999. He left the oil business and moved into financial and management consultancy from October 1999 to date.

Lucas Oluleye is the accountant of the company. He is an H.N.D holder in accountancy from Lagos state polytechnic. He is an experience accountant and has worked in some companies before being employed by Bonny Way Motors limited.

Kalu Mba Kalu.  is the company cashier. He is an O.N.D holder in management and business administration from Akan Ibiam Polytechnic, Afikpo. Mr Kalu is good in administration and cash management.

Mr. Kingsley Akalugo  is the Personal Assistance to the managing director of the company. He is also the public relations officer of the company and handles his job with care.

Mr. Felix E. Nwachukwu is the general manager of the company. He is an experience staff in transport business and has been instrumental to the success and survival of the company.

Joseph Nnamchi  is the manager in charge of the Oyingbo terminal. Throughout his life, he has been in transport business, therefore he know his job well.
